In the Old Town School of Folk Music's Uncovered Series, faculty and staff collaborate to bring a unique and eclectic focus on a musical theme or particular artist. In this winter edition, we celebrate the work of pioneering female artists from Aretha Franklin to Wanda Jackson and other powerful significant singing sisters. Behold music, dance, spoken word and visual arts united for this vital performance!
I'll be performing with two amazing groups: Hammond Song by the Roches with Aerin Tedesco and Andrea Bunch, and Natural Woman by Carole King with Mike Allemana and a full rhythm section. I CAN'T WAIT!
